How to Start a Return or Exchange
If your order was placed on nunnfiner.com
1)Log in to your Nunn Finer account.
2)Go to Order History and locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3)Select the product(s) you would like to return or exchange and complete the online return request.
4)Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging. If requested, include any return paperwork with your shipment.
5)Ship your return to the address provided in your return instructions.

If you are unable to submit a return request online, you may print and complete the Nunn Finer Return Form below. Include the completed form with your item(s) in their original packaging and mail your return to:

Please contact our Customer Service team at 610-392-3922 before returning your item.

Return Policy - Exchanges or Refunds
Returns And Exchanges Are Accepted Yet Contingent Upon Inspection of Returned Product:
• Within 30 Calendar Days of Product's Delivery Date
• Product Must Be New Without Showing Signs of Any Wear, Dirt or Damage
• For returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
• For exchanges: Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and Nunn Finer will pay shipping back to you.
For more than 30 years Nunn Finer has stood behind our products. Our commitment to you, the customer, is that you can be 100% confident that Nunn Finer only ships new products of the highest quality. Therefore if you try a product on your horse, please make sure your horse is clean and you don't accidentally damage the product.
