For Returns and Exchanges, print and complete the Nunn Finer Return Form below and send the item with the completed form in the original packaging to Nunn Finer Products, 414 South Street, Oxford, PA 19363. We will refund the full value of the product or exchange for same product of different color or size within 10 days of receiving. Completed Return Form must accompany returns.
Return Policy - Exchanges or Refunds
Returns And Exchanges Are Accepted Yet Contingent Upon Inspection of Returned Product:
• Within 30 Calendar Days of Product's Delivery Date
• Product Must Be New Without Showing Signs of Any Wear, Dirt or Damage
• For returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
• For exchanges: Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and Nunn Finer will pay shipping back to you.
For more than 30 years Nunn Finer has stood behind our products. Our commitment to you, the customer, is that you can be 100% confident that Nunn Finer only ships new products of the highest quality. Therefore if you try a product on your horse, please make sure your horse is clean and you don't accidentally damaged the product. We will not return damaged or dirty products even if you claim it was received in a less than perfect condition.
