Great grip |

I'm very picky with my reins, usually riding in laced leather reins. I have carpal tunnel symptoms and if I'm having a sore hand day, those can be too bulky to hold securely. Bought these in the hopes of having a secure grip on less bulky reins for my bad days. Well, I'll be using them every day! Great feel with the horse's mouth, thin (think the same thickness as leg straps on a horse blanket), and subtly rubbery, making a great grip without the heavy appearance of rubber reins. The leather buckles and ends are absolutely gorgeous, and I didn't need to oil the buckles at all to get them to sit nicely on the bit and pulled through the keepers. I continue to be impressed with Nunn Finer's leather quality, and the great features of their products.
