I wanted to give my Morgan mare a hackamore option for our frequent trail rides because previous training made her unhappy in a bit. While we are overcoming that in the ring, I wanted something different, yet still effective and safe  on the trails.  I appreciated the descriptions from NunnFiner on the severity of each hackamore. I also appreciated the specific sizing information. Finally, this is made in USA — another important factor.
I do wish there was an illustration/word about proper fit and placement of the hackamore on the horse.
